What you need
- The detail page images you plan to upload to the marketplace (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF).
- The listing text: product title, key feature bullets and the long description.
- The country you sell into and the marketplace you list on.
You can start with images only. Text checks simply stay empty and the score is calculated from the image findings alone.
Three steps
- 1Open New inspection. Pick the country and marketplace, then optionally a product category — the category turns on extra required-information rules for regulated goods such as cosmetics, supplements and food.
- 2Upload images and paste the listing text. Drag the image you want as the main image to the first position, or tap Set as main.
- 3Review the summary and press Run inspection. The engine finishes in a few seconds and takes you to the result page.
One inspection run consumes one unit from your monthly quota. Re-inspection after applying fixes consumes another unit.
Reading the first result
The result page opens with a score out of 100 and a verdict stamp: Pass, Needs fix or Rejected. Under it you get the issue count split into the five inspection types — specification, expression, rights, required information and image quality.

| Rejected | Critical issues that block publishing. | Fix the critical items first, then re-inspect. |
What happens next
From the result page you can approve fix suggestions. Approved automatic fixes are applied to a new version of each asset and the job is re-inspected immediately, so the round number increases and you see the new score straight away.
