A unit is one inspection run. Applying fixes triggers a re-inspection, which counts as one more unit.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as one inspection?
One run of the inspection engine over a listing — all of its images plus the listing text. Applying fixes runs the engine again and counts as one more unit. Viewing reports, downloading final files and browsing rules are free.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
Existing inspections, reports and downloads stay available, but new inspections and re-inspection requests are blocked until the limit resets on the first day of the next month (UTC). The API answers HTTP 429 with X-Quota-Limit, X-Quota-Remaining and X-Quota-Reset headers. Request a plan change from Settings and we raise the limit right away.
How do I pay?
Online card payment is not open yet. Send a plan change request and we reply with a quote and a bank transfer invoice within one business day. A tax invoice is issued on the same day the payment clears.
