Inviting someone
- 1Open Settings, then Members.
- 2Enter the colleague's email address and pick a role.
- 3Send the invitation. It appears under pending invitations until they accept and it is bound to that email address.
Invitation emails are not sent automatically yet. Send the sign-up link to your colleague yourself — once they create an account with the invited address, the membership is applied.

Working in more than one organization
One account can belong to several organizations — useful for agencies working across clients. Switch with the organization button at the top of the sidebar, or from your avatar on mobile. Inspections, quota, members and API keys are entirely separate per organization.
Removing access
- Owners and admins can remove a member; access ends immediately.
- A member can leave an organization themselves from the members screen.
- Removing a person does not delete the inspections they created — the work stays with the organization.
