What does Dodam AI inspect?

It checks a product detail page against the rules of the country and marketplace you pick: image spec (size, ratio, format, background, file size), prohibited and risky expressions, brand and intellectual-property risk, country-specific required information, and image quality. Every finding is one of five categories.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Rakuten, Qoo10, Tmall Global, JD Worldwide, noon, eBay, Walmart, Temu and your own Shopify store, across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

How is the score calculated?

Start at 100 and subtract 15 for each critical finding, 5 for each warning and 1 for each note. 85 or above with no critical finding is a pass, 60 to 84 or any critical finding needs fixing, and below 60 fails.

Are fixes applied automatically?

Only after you approve them. Auto-fixable findings show a before and after comparison; approved fixes resize or pad images, whiten the background, convert the format, compress the file, strip metadata, replace risky wording and add missing required information. The listing is then re-inspected as a new round.

Yes. Create an API key in Settings and call the REST API with a Bearer token to create inspections, read findings, apply fixes, re-inspect and download outputs. An OpenAPI document is published.

Does it work on a phone?

It is built mobile first. You can photograph a detail page with the phone camera, upload it, review findings and approve fixes without leaving your phone.

Fix suggestions and automatic fixes

The fix screen

Press Review fixes on an inspection result. Every finding that can be repaired automatically becomes a card with the original on one side and the proposed result on the other. Nothing is changed until you approve it.

Text changes are shown as a word-level difference: removed text struck through, added text underlined.
Image changes are shown as a drag slider — pull the handle across to compare before and after.
The bar at the bottom counts what you selected and stays visible while you scroll.

What can be fixed automatically

Remove phrase	Text that cannot be rephrased	The phrase is deleted from the sentence.
Append disclosure	Missing required information	The mandatory line is added to the description.

Everything else — re-shooting a photo, removing baked-in text, replacing licensed artwork — is listed under manual handling with instructions, but you make the change yourself.

Approving and applying

1Read each card. Uncheck anything you disagree with — partial approval is normal and expected.
2For text fixes, edit the proposed wording directly if the suggested phrasing does not match your brand voice.
3Press Apply. Dodam AI writes a new version of each affected asset, keeps the previous version, and immediately re-inspects.

After applying, the round number goes up and the new score is shown on the result header. The old version of every asset stays available in the version history, so an applied fix is never destructive.

Korean and English listings

Replacement wording follows the language of the phrase that was flagged. A Korean phrase is replaced with Korean wording and an English phrase with English wording, so an applied fix never mixes the two inside one sentence.

A few rules have no Korean replacement yet. When that happens the finding is still reported, but it arrives without a fix card and is listed under "handle manually" — rewrite that phrase yourself.

Image fixes have no such limitation. Resize, convert and metadata stripping are language independent and safe to apply in bulk.

Manual handling list

The bottom of the fix screen lists everything that needs a human. Each row states what is wrong, which asset it belongs to and the concrete action to take. Work through it, then press Re-inspect to confirm the fixes landed.
